Return test page when issuing GET request to JAX-WS endpoint

The URL to the endpoint with ?wsdl will return the wsdl : http://localhost:8080/my-jaxws/ExampleService?wsdl

This is a request that the servlet backing up the WS return basic information about the Endpoint when GET is invoked on: http://localhost:8080/my-jaxws/ExampleService

Information such as the link to the wsdl, the the port, list of methods, etc.
