Fix InContainerClientBusStrategyTestCase failures on IBM JDK

InContainerClientBusStrategyTestCase uses CXF Bus id to keep track of created bus instances. Unfortunately, that is internally derived from the hashCode of the Bus objects and the hash algorithm in IBM JDK produces a lot of clashes (at least much more then on Oracle JDK, where I can't reproduce the test failures).
