@XMLJavaTypeAdapter ignored when used on setters in Exception Classes

      When used on setters in an exception class (see JBWS-3552), the annotation @XMLJavaTypeAdapter is ignored.

      According to JAXB 2.2. spec, Section B.5 Getters/Setters @XmlJavaTypeAdapter can be specified either on setter or getter.
