org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.endpoint.EndpointTestCase fails on Windows

This test will invoke org.jboss.webservices.integration.endpoint.EndpointAPIHttpServer to create a Deployment:
Deployment deployment = this.createSimpleDeployment("http://jaxws-endpoint-api" + contextRoot);

The wsdl publisher then creates a temporary directory and wsdl file for publishing . It has problem when create "http://" directory on Windows.
