Test methods in AddressingReplyToTestCase depend on execution order

The result of org.jboss.test.ws.jaxrpc.samples.wsaddr.replyto.AddressingReplyToTestCase depends on execution order of test methods. This is against the logic of writing JUnit tests.

The drawback of this failure is SOA-P certification on all platforms. We have to manually rerun the test. This slows down the QE process.
