services page does not correctly update host address of endpoints

    Description

      When the 'webServiceHost' property is not set the address used in the WSDL and schemas is obtained from the request URL and the WSDL / XSD files are dynamically updated before being returned to the calling client.

      The following page also needs this implementing: -

      http://localhost:8080/jbossws/services

      At the moment when 'webServiceHost' is not set this page shows the host name as 'jbossws.undefined.host'.
