Stack overflow exception when reading bad wsdl files

    Description

      While working with the WCF interoperability tests, I had to work with bad wsdl files containing cyclic wsdl import that caused our stack to crash.
      Thus WSDLReader needs a patch to skip importing wsdl files it already processed.
