WSDL To Java - Does not handle standard JAX-RPC handlers for document/literal

For RPC/Literal endpoints if there are multiple message parts these are mapped as ChildParts to a single operation input or operation output.

For document/literal endpoints each part is mapped to it's own instance of operation input or output.

WSDLUtils used by wstools does not allow endpoints which multiple inputs or outputs.
