Ensure that a transport can register a helper to deserialize its proxy XAResources due to classloader constraints in the application server

There is a concern that the method for registering XARecoveryHelpers will not allow recovery helpers to be registered if we do not have access to the class as the helper is registered by classname rather than instance.
