Add id attributes to jsp pages of XTS and TxBridge demo apps for easier automated testing

    Description

      The current XTS and TxBridge demo apps are missing id attributes on form elements of their jsp pages. Providing id attributes and also better identification of result block (status) on each jsp page would help in automated testing of these apps.
