Simple WS-BA quickstart (with coordinator completion)

The booking application is a good example of how to use XTS, but has a steep learning curve for those new to XTS. This task is to create the simplest possible example using WS-BA, with coordinator completion. It is intended as a first port-of-call when learning WS-BA.
