The txfooapp quickstart segment fault

This fault happens when destroying the XAResourceManager,

int rv = xa_switch_->xa_close_entry((char *) closeString_, rmid_, TMNOFLAGS);

it looks like that this function in the oracle client library is failed. but unfortunately we can not archive the core dump file
