Many minor fixes needed to the TXFramework quickstarts

    Description

      • Expected output for the WS-AT simple TXFramework quickstart has not been updated
      • Root README.md does not tell the user to build the TXFramework
      • Update package names from org.jboss.as.quickstarts package to org.jboss.narayana.quickstarts.
        • When making this update, search for any occurrences of the package name in docs, such as the README.md. All references will be isolated to just the quickstarts project.
        • Also namespace URLs for WS
      • Parametrize Narayana version in pom.xmls
      • Remove refs to EAP 6
      • Check then remove @WebMethod(exclude = true)
