XTS demo test fails as the divs in demo index.jsp do not have the expected class attributes

I fixed this in trunk while I was porting the demo to maven and the demo tests from the branch.

I have attached a patch which I would like the implementor to agree is correct before applying to the branch though I am quite sure so already applied it to master.

I assigned it to Ivo as I think he implemented this initially?
