Drools Grid: Create remote WorkItem Handler registration for non Serializable WorkItemHandler

We need to have a way to register remote WorkItemHandlers without sending the WorkItemHandler through the wire. For that reason I will provide an implementation of the RegisterWorkItemRemoteCommand that will send the workItemHandler classname
that will be instantiated in the remote node. Obviously, the remote node needs to be able to find the class and instantiate it.
