Process Instance List basic filter checkbox are not working fine

The basic filters checkboxs at Process Instance List are not reflecting the values of the current applied filter.

Reproducer: Access to Manage/ Process instance List and select a saved filter. (not related to setting a filter as default, but rather applying any saved filter)
Even the filter is correctly applied the checkboxes are not updated properly
