Description
The panning feature (BAPL-1061) should be enabled/disabled by the Alt key. This way once performing the Alt key up event, even moving the mouse around or trying to drag in some empty area of the canvas, it's expected that the viewport's translation is not being changed.
Issue
But actually, after playing a bit with panning, it never disables the use of the canvas mediator, so while moving the mouse around the position in the diagram is also being changed (translation).
Expected
It's expected only enabling the panning feature while Alt key is down.
