Business Central doesn't update a ServerTemplate after restarting the kie-server

      1. Start a BC and a Kie-Server on DEV mode
      2. Create a project (make sure it is a snapshot) and deploy -> it should work
      3. Remove the deployment
      4. Start the Kie-Server on PROD mode
      5. Try to deploy the project (make sure it is a snapshot) again -> BC tries to deploy it because the server template is still registered as dev mode.

    Description

      Looks like Business Central is not updating the state of a given server template when it is reconnected. For example:
      if you start a kie-server in dev-mode, BC registers its server template storing its state (including the mode). then if we stop the kie-server and restart it in prod-mode BC is not updating it's registry and so from BC perspective it is still running on dev mode and allows deploying snapshots on it (the deployment fails on kie-server side).

      It can be workarouned it by manually removing the server template from the execution servers screen before restarting the Kie-Server por changing the server name. But I guess that the expected behaviour would be that BC updates the state of the server template each time it connects.
