Alerts panel is opened every time editor rules are violated

Alerts panel is opened every time editor rules are violated, when doing operations with any editor in business-central.

Operations in process designer:

• saving
• renaming
• creating a copy of asset
• forms generation
• restoring version

Expected behaviour:

• Rules violation notification will be shown as it is implemented now, but the Alerts panel won't be reopened.

Note, there is a need to check all operations in all editors because they can slightly differ in comparison with process designer.
