Add the ability to bulk claim/Release/suspend/resume tasks on task inbox page on business central

User can only claim/start/complete one task at one time on the task inbox page on business central at this time. Customer is requesting to have the ability to bulk claim tasks upon selection. This jira groups the bulk actions: Claim / Release / Suspend / Resume regarding that are the ones that the enhancement (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-6401) requested. Not including any other action that requires any extra input from the user, no need of new popup asking for information( like the 'forward' action that requires the target entity input)
