Stunner - SLA Due Date property for all state-based nodes

To reach feature parity with the old designer, SLA Due Date field needs to be created for the following nodes:

All Start Events
All Catching Intermediate Events
All Tasks (Except for Script Task)
All Sub-processes
All Service Tasks
Milestone
Decision Task
Business Rule Task
