Stunner - don't close Diagram properties when switching between panels

Diagram properties is being closed with every switch between Model and Documentation panels.

Expected behaviour:

• The Diagram properties should not be closed when switching between panels.
• In case that any node was selected before switching the panel, Diagram properties shall change the view from any selected node to process properties.
