Description

When kie-server-services module is built using Java 11 then this exception is thrown:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project kie-server-services-openshift: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.kie.server:kie-server-services-openshift:jar:7.17.0-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact com.sun:tools:jar:1.7 at specified path /usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk-11.0.1.13-10.fc29.x86_64/../lib/tools.jar

The issue is caused by transitive dependency to tools.jar file in kubernetes-server-mock artifact.
