Allow users to change Kie server id in Deployment config and templates

Current implementation of OpenShiftStartupStrategy relies on tight coupling between Kie server id and name of Kie server Deployment config.
This reduces flexibility of our solution and prevents users from changing Kie server id according to their wishes.

The purpose of this JIRA is to remove coupling between Kie server id and name of Kie server Deployment config, allowing users to choose whatever Kie server id they want, during creation of template or later.
