Description
Evaluating Naive Bayes vs. Decision Trees/Random Forests.
Current goal is to produce a passing unit test suite using Random Forests to predict the approval (boolean) of a form given two inputs (a user id and a integer level).
The "cold start" problem must be taken into account, i.e. the prediction result should include some metric about how much data is being used to perform said prediction.
