    Description

      Add a new startup strategy for the KIE server where deployment information is stored in and retrieved from OpenShift/Kubernetes, as opposed to local server configuration in LocalContainersStartupStrategy or the controller in ControllerBasedStartupStrategy.

      Once set, KIE servers started with this startup strategy should:
      1- Function without a controller
      2- Allow centralized (un)deployment commands that affect all KIE servers, including any future replicas
      3- Keep KIE server configuration in sync by relying on ocp/k8s and without using file persistence
