Provide more specific explanation of KIE Server request failure

KIE Server requests from Business Central UI can fail for a number of reasons. The least obvious of them is when the user lacks the kie-server role. The UI error message doesn't provide any hint to this specific cause.

If possible, analyze the failure be examining the exception type and HTTP status code and show a more specific error description based on that.
