CM marshaling bug: name of CM diagram is not properly saved/loaded

1. create a case modeler diagram and assign a name to the diagram
2. make valid modifications to the diagram and save it
3. load the diagram from server

Issue: the name of the save diagram is always "New Case Management diagram"
Expected: the name of the save diagram should be the assigned name
