KIE-Server Swagger docs doesn't have required 'title' in its 'info' section

The Swagger JSON file that KIE-Server Swagger generates is missing content in its "info" section. Especially the "title" inside "info", as that is a required field.

Tools like "swagger2markdown" give errors when parsing our Swagger JSON file.

We probably need to add the following annotation: https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-core/wiki/annotations-1.5.x#swagger-definition
