Stunner - Start and intermediate caching event shapes are not following the spec (dashed lines)

Due to some performance reasons, the path "intermediate-noninterrupting" and "start-noninterrupting" have been removed from the actual SVG shape declaration for events (see event-all.svg). This way, instead of adding these expensive paths, Stunner actually just uses the attribute dashArray, which results in a faster computation.

On the other hand, the goals are:

• Being able to re-enable the paths from the SVG view once Lienzo computations have been improved
• Fix start events (not interrupting) shape, it's not following the spec, as it contains double line dashed borders, but it must be just a single line dashed one.
