Include jbpm-workitems-camel

jbpm-workitems-camel, currently available in https://github.com/jboss-integration/fuse-bxms-integ/tree/master/camel/jbpm-workitems-camel (note this is a private repo so not everyone might have access) should be moved back into community and included in product build.
