Exception when Kie server is registered in Business Central

When kie-wb is started on EAP then sometimes there are shown NoSuchElementException or NullPointerException exceptions in the server log - see the stacktraces in attachments. The issue seems to be related to Kie server trying to register to kie-wb while kie-wb is starting.

The errors can be observed just sometimes, possibly caused by some race condition.

The error doesn't seem to have any immediate effect on kie-wb or Kie server, it is possible to create project and deploy it to the Kie server.
