case management - stage and milestone conditions do not support multiple instances

Rule based conditions used in stage/ad hoc subprocess and milestone do not allow to be used when multiple instances of given node is present.

For activation condition of a stage there activation data (bound variables) should be moved to stage instance as variables when they are declared so can be used in case/stage processing.
