Stunner - enhancement of docking boundary events

While docking event from canvas, when draging event, mouse pointer must be placed exactly on boundary. It would be more intuitive to place event to the activities, also in case that, event (its shape) touches activity (not just pointer). Using other words, intersection of event shape and activity shape is not empty.
