    Description

      As soon as process instance has any dynamic node instances (ad hoc) then join of inclusive gateway fails with NPE

      Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
	at org.jbpm.workflow.instance.node.JoinInstance.checkNodes(JoinInstance.java:200)
	at org.jbpm.workflow.instance.node.JoinInstance.existsActiveDirectFlow(JoinInstance.java:188)
	at org.jbpm.workflow.instance.node.JoinInstance.internalTrigger(JoinInstance.java:130)
	at org.jbpm.workflow.instance.impl.NodeInstanceImpl.trigger(NodeInstanceImpl.java:179)
