Triggering ad-hoc fragments in specific case stage

    Description

      Right now, it is not possible to trigger ad-hoc fragments (e.g. tasks) in a specific case stage. This functionality is required by BPMSPL-317.

      A new method needs to be added to CaseService. It should be similar to the one already provided (but not fully implemented) in CaseServicesClient.
