Case Modeller: Preview Panel does not work

CaseManagementContainmentAcceptorControlImpl currently adds an "intercepting layout handler" to a WiresShape to invoke Stunner Commands for Canvas and Graph mutation following a User interaction. This works well for user interactions; however where command invocations are "observed" and "replayed" for the "Preview panel" the ILayoutHandler is not correctly set. This limitation is caused by Lienzo applying the mutation to parent/child relationships. We need to unwrap the mutation to a method that we can override to use commands.
