Users can interact with fields on edit mode.

To prevent user from entering invalid scenarios, please disable interactions wih fields on the editor. Examples of invalid scenarios:
1. Clicking new instance button on MultipleSubform throws error.
2. In MultipleInput it is possible to add input, but it is not possible to remove it.
3. Putting out of bounds number into IntegerBox generates and error.

Also some inputs have been disabled (radiogroups, checkboxes), so for consistency it would be good, if all were disabled.
