    Description

User is able to define multiple knowledge bases via Knowledge Base Setting editor. If this editor is opened and no knowledge base exists yet, then UI fragments Included Knowledge Bases, Packages, Equals Behavior, Event Processing Mode and Knowledge Sessions are disabled. However when the amount of knowledge bases increases during working with the workbench and then again decreases to zero the mentioned fragments are not disabled.
