      1. Create a workspace with a page and a KPI.
      2. Set any label to an accented character.
      3. Export that data
      4. Inspect the generated file. It contains '?' instead of the accented character

      Description

When I export some kpi data it does not keep the utf-8 encoding. The file generated is ascii, wich brings garbage to latin accented characters.

But if I fix the file and import the characters are displayed correctly.
