Kie Server Client load balancing support

Currently KIE Server client can interact with single kie server url - REST endpoint. That does not allow to have cluster of kie servers with same containers to be used by single kie server client without having external load balancer as infrastructure component.

Kie server client should be capable of load balancing of REST requests across multiple servers - with pluggable strategies e.g. round robin, random, etc.
