troubleshooting function for workitem

I want to request a new feature for we can retry the workitem with params.

For example, we have a lot of node, if one node(workitem) is broken.
the process instance will failed, if we have retry-workitem with params, we can add a troubleshooting function, can check the instance pending on which workitem ,then we can re-setting it params , and retry it.
