REST API Migration and Upgrade for 7.0

This is the head Jira to track changes to the REST API for the Community 7.0 release. The REST API here includes all available REST API's for kie-wb and kie-drools-wb, including the following:

• the guvnor REST API (for managing organizations, projects and repositories)
• the kie-remote-* REST API, for managing processes and tasks
• the kie-server REST API, that was used to interface with the kie-server

What's important to know is that the workbenches will be moving more towards a pure "frontend" in 7.0: with regards to the actual execution and management of rules, processes and deployments, these will be done in the kie-server war, which the kie-wb or kie-drools-wb war will communicate with.

For that reason, the kie-remote-* REST API will be deleted and replaced by the kie-server API as of 7.0.
