Some bad whitespace in bpms-6.2-to-6.3.sql file

There is some bad whitespace in upgrade script oracle/bpms-6.2-to-6.3.sql that causes that our automated tests from jbpm-installer fail on Oracle DBs. I will provide PR for this.
