Use VariableIndexer for process variables

recently added support for pluggable variable indexer allows to alter default way how variables are stored in audit tables. By default it does index it by using toString() method of given object.
Though it allows to provide custom implementation of indexers to change the way variables are stored in audit tables.

This is currently available for task variables and similar way should be added to process variables to keep it with consistent feature set.
