WebServiceCommand should pass CommandContext 'getDynamicClientFactory' method.

The WebServiceCommand currently does not pass the CommandContext to the "getDynamicClientFactory" method. Although the context is not used in that method, subclasses that override could need the context to, for example, get access to the Project ClassLoader of the deployment unit.

My specific use-case is that I want to load a resource (XML file) from the deployment unit classloader to create a specific DynamicClientFactory, configured with a "cxf.xml" from the Project ClassLoader.
