Ensure that ksession can be safely used in container managed transaction environment

in case jbpm is used inside CMT environments (or more generally when transaction is managed outside of jbpm engine) there might be various errors when concurrent access is performed on same session instance - most common for singleton strategy. jbpm needs to provide a way to ensure proper handling in that scenario so session will be locked until transaction completion.
