ERROR on startup

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download http://sourceforge.net/projects/jbpm/files/jBPM%205/jbpm-5.4.0.Final/jbpm-5.4.0.Final-installer-full.zip/download
2. Unzip it
3. run ant install.demo
4. run ant start.demo.noeclipse
5. Open the attached server.log and you will find ERROR and WARN messages. I'm mostly worried about the ERRORs, but probably the WARNs should also be looked into.
6. Go to localhost:8080/drools-guvnor, and you'll be asked to import some sample data. I sais yes, and after complete the message "Please wait Loading application" stays on the screen forever, and if I click on any menu items in the menu, the menu starts to open and close without stopping.

7. The localhost:8080/gwt-console-server page seems ok, but since I'm new to this I'm not sure what to expect
8. The localhost:8080/jbpm-console page also seems ok

I'm running JDK 1.6.0_37 on Ubuntu 12.04 btw.
