Business rule task not executed when it follows intermediate conditional event

Business rule task is not evaluated properly when it follows intermediate conditional event and its condition is met. It is due to signal that triggers business rule task is done before activation for rule task happens so rule flow group is properly activated by its activation list is empty so it deactivates and moves forward without executing the rule.

Example is that when same insert/update/retract will activate both rules (one that defined for intermediate conditional event and second defined for the rule task) business rule task's rule will not be executed but rule task is completed.
