Specify the canvas width/height through URL parameters

please add an ability to specify canvas width and height through URL parameters.
according to this discussion https://community.jboss.org/message/730814#730814 we have double-scroll problem if we have no way to specify the size of canvas.
by this feature the developer can prevent double-scroll problem in his/her own web application.
